| The Gold Star Program is effective October 1, 2007. Gold stars are non-transferable. Proper collection procedures are outlined in the NADCM training manual (Standard Methods for the Collection of Biological Specimens for Paternity and Relationship Testing) AND the reverse side of the Chromosomal Labs Chain of Custody Form, in addition to the sample envelopes provided by Chromosomal Laboratories. Issuance of a gold star is the final decision of Chromosomal Laboratories, Inc. When trading your stars for next day rush results, the regular analytical fee(s) for the paternity test itself, still apply. The Gold Star Program is subject to change at any time. Gold stars cannot be redeemed for services if your account is past due. Only legal paternity and relationship cases are eligible for gold stars, private cases are not eligible. All samples for the case must arrive together in the same package in order to be eligible for a gold star. Cases with samples collected by another TPA are not eligible for a gold star. Cases comprised of an additional person (i.e additional child, additional father, etc.) are not eligible for gold stars. Membership into the Gold Star program is contingent upon holding a current NADCM certificate. |
