consists of approximately 26 multiple choice questions.
After you have ordered a training program, the training manual will be
shipped to you, along with instructions for scheduling your online exam.
In order to pass the exam and earn your certificate, you must achieve a
score of 80% or higher. If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to
take the exam again, at a reduced rate.
